In order to safely continue to serve our valued customers during this challenging time, we have installed a drop-off container for your water samples in front of our store.
Using a clean, disposable water bottle, leave us a water sample that is no more than 4 hours old, with the following information attached:
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- Email address
- Whether it is a pool or spa sample.
- If the water is clear, cloudy, or green.
- Current water temperature.

We will setup a customer profile for you with the other pertinent information that we require to perform your professional water analysis. If you are an existing customer, please let us know if anything has changed such as adding a new salt water chlorine generator or changing sanitizer type.
For convenience and safety, the water bottles will not be returned so please use disposable bottles.
Once we have performed your professional water analysis, we will contact you with the results and our recommendations.
