We are reducing in store contact to do our part to reduce the potential spread of Covid 19. This protects both you the customer, our staff and everyone’s loved ones.

We are open for orders and service but our showroom will not be open to the public out of respect for social distancing and limited contact. Orders, service and quotes can be arranged by phone, email or through text available on our website.

ORDER BY PHONE
Orders can be placed in advance over the phone, through email or through text on our website. Payment by credit card in advance will be accepted at this time.

PICK UP ORDERS IN OUR PARKING LOT
Pick up orders will be prepared and placed in your trunk to avoid contact.

Drop delivery can also be arranged within HRM.

Orders outside of HRM can be sent by courier as long as the services continue to operate.

We are still taking service calls at this time. These can be arranged over the phone, through email or through text on our website.

We ask that you notify us of any recent travel or potential contact with Covid-19/Coronavirus. When at your home we ask that you respect social distancing and stay inside to give our technician a safe space to work.

DROP YOUR WATER TESTS OFF OUTSIDE
Water tests can be left at the door with your contact information, results will be emailed. Please, call text or email to let us know when your test has been left.

Should you need a presentation on any of our products, such as pools and hot tubs, please call ahead to arrange an appointment with one of our staff members. Quotes can be prepared online or over the phone just as before.
