If you would like to pay more than $5000 on credit card a 3% processing fee will be applied.

General Merchandise Refunds Refunds or exchanges may be issued within 14 days of the original purchase date for eligible items, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Items Please note the following items are final sale and non-refundable:
All water care products (including but not limited to chemicals, sanitizers, balancers, and test kits)
Customized or special-order items
Clearance or discontinued products
Defective Products If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance. We will work with you to arrange an exchange or manufacturer warranty claim, if applicable.
Online Orders Online purchases are subject to the same refund terms. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a McBurney Pools & Spas error.
