Covid-19 Impact Statement

To All Pool & Hot Tub Buyers,

I am communicating with you today to provide a global perspective on the impact of Covid-19 on the Pool & Spa Industry, and to ask you to please be kind to the local business owner who is doing their absolute best to get you what you want under exceedingly difficult circumstances.

As you have likely heard and experienced, Covid-19 has created astronomical demand for home leisure products including Pools & Hot Tubs, the likes of which have never been seen in the history of our industry. The shift in demand is so severe, that even if our manufacturers were able to work at full capacity, they would still not be able to produce enough products.

Now consider that worldwide Covid-19 shutdowns have limited the availability of the raw material that our manufacturers need, and their factories are not able to work at full capacity due to COVID-19 related restrictions, then you can better understand why your pool or hot tub installation has been severely delayed or even cancelled.

Although we cannot control the Covid-19 outbreak, nor the shortages it has caused, I want you to know that everyone from the factory workers to the truck drivers and the installers, are all working hard to get products delivered and projects completed as quickly as possible.
Most of our industry manufacturers are not taking any new orders so that they can concentrate on fulfilling all the orders that they have already received by the fall of 2021.

We appreciate your support and understanding during an exceptionally difficult time for us. We really do want to see you enjoying a new pool or hot tub, and we are committed to delivering as soon as humanly possible.
